To dine with Chef Ventura is to embark on a sensory journey. His menus (click on the link to see detailed menu items and pricing) are designed to immerse guests (groups of 4 to 16) in a themed culinary experience, curated with intention and inspired by his travels and imagination.

Clients have the option of selecting a prix-fixe menu designed and curated by the chef for a themed culinary experience or building their own 3-, 4-, or 5-course menu, selecting from a range of options that may include soup, salad, small plates, entrées, and decadent desserts.

Chef Roman Ventura doesn’t just prepare meals—he creates unforgettable moments. When you invite him into your home or villa, you’re not just booking a dinner. You’re investing in a bespoke experience that lingers long after the last plate is cleared.

    • ​Servers (Required).
    • Pre-dinner Margaritas/Guacamole/Salsa/Chips (Available for 4 or more people - Optional).
    • Wine Pairing with Dinner (Available for 6 or more people - Optional).
  • A 16% Value Added Tax (VAT) is required by Mexican law and will be added to all invoices.

  • A transportation fee is required for dinners/events outside Puerto Vallarta city limits. The cost will vary depending on the distance.

  • For dinners with eight or more people, clients may select two entree options. Final guest and entree counts are required three days in advance.

  • Our menus do not offer children's options, but children ages 5-12 receive a 30% discount.

  • All clients will receive deposit and final balance invoices. Payments can be made via credit card, cash (pesos or USD), or, upon request, Mexican bank transfer. Larger events may have a different deposit schedule or cancellation policy.
