Menu/Prices

There is a 4-person minimum per dinner/event. Meal price includes ingredients, meal preparation, clean-up, and place settings (for up to 24 people.) The cost for 3-course, 4-course and 5-course dinners is below. If you would like more a 5-course please let us know and we will provide pricing based on the desired menu.  We require final attendee counts and menu details approximately 3-5 days before your dinner/event.

 

For appetizer-only events, we have separate menu and pricing.​   For larger events (30 or more people), we will schedule a meeting to discuss details and pricing for your event.

Server Pricing:

A $750 pesos per server fee is required for each dinner and will be included on the invoice.  For dinners or events with extended hours (more than ~3 hours), the cost for servers will be adjusted based on the dinner/event timing.

  • 4-15 people, 1 server

  • 16-30 people, 2 servers

  • Beyond 30 people, we will discuss

Other Pricing:

  • Bartending services must be reserved 2 weeks in advance.  Pricing will be based on the size of the event, drinks served, setup required, etc.

  • Dinners/events beyond Puerto Vallarta city limits will have an additional transportation charge. The cost will vary based on the distance.

  • For events requiring additional setup, decorations, or additional time,  additional fees may be required.

 

Final dinner/event costs will be determined once the planning is completed.   Two invoices are typically created, 1) deposit invoice, and 2) final invoice delivered one to two days prior to the event date.  For larger events, a payment schedule may be required with additional invoices.
