  • What information do you need from me?
    Please make your reservations at Include your name, event date, phone number, email, location, number of guests, type of event (are you celebrating a birthday, anniversary, etc.) and any other information you would like to share about the event or your guests.
  • How quickly do you respond?
    We usually respond within 1 – 2 days. We can confirm the date once we have the date, location, number of guests, type of event, etc.
  • How do you develop the menu?
    We will develop the menu together. I will share my current menu and you can decide whether you would like to select on of my tasting menus or select dishes from my A La Carte menu. The A La Carte menu is divided into 1) First/Second/Third Courses), 2) Main Course and 3) Dessert. As an example, for a 5-course meal could consist of a hor d'oeuvre , a soup, a salad, a main course and a dessert. We are happy to offer suggestions, propose a menu and can create a dish for your event.
  • Do you offer any vegetarian options?
    Yes, there are vegetarian options on the menu. We also create vegetarian dishes for your group.
  • What if someone has food allergies?
    Please let us know if anyone has any food allergies. We will do our best to adjust any menu or courses to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Is it possible to offer multiple main courses?
    Yes, for parties of 12 or more, we will accommodate two main course dishes. For parties of less than 12 interested in two main courses, there is a 500 pesos fee for the extra preparation required.
  • Do you supply place settings and cutlery?
    We can supply place settings and cutlery for up to 30 people. We don't supply glassware.
  • What do you need in the kitchen to prepare the dinner?
    We will bring all the ingredients for the menu and can accomodate most menu items with a few pans, kitchen utensils and a stove. After we finalize the menu, we may have some questions about items available in your kitchen. A few items to consider: - Place settings and cutlery - Pots and pans, kitchen tools - Blender/Vitamix - Oven/Stove/Microwave - Grill (need dependent on menu)
  • What type of payments do you accept?
    Payments can be made via Cash (Pesos, USD, CAD & Euros), Venmo, PayPal and Bank Transfer.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Up to a 50% deposit will be required to reserve a date. Deposit is non-refundable unless the event is canceled 7 days in advance. Events may be rescheduled based on availability.
